Data Deletion Instructions

LaunchAds Easy (launchadseasy.com), operated by Bacano Systems LLC, gives you full control over your data. You can disconnect your Facebook account or delete all your data at any time.

Option 1: Disconnect Facebook

You can disconnect your Facebook account from LaunchAds Easy at any time through your Settings page. This will immediately:

• Remove all stored Meta access tokens.
• Remove your Facebook Page name, Page ID, and ad account ID from our database.
• Prevent LaunchAds Easy from making any further API calls to Meta on your behalf.

Your account, campaigns, and lead data will remain intact. To disconnect, go to Dashboard → Settings → Disconnect Facebook.

Option 2: Delete Your Account Entirely

To permanently delete your LaunchAds Easy account and all associated data, email us at support@launchadseasy.com. Within 30 days we will permanently delete:

• Your user profile (name, email, preferences).
• All stored Meta tokens, Page info, and ad account identifiers.
• All campaigns, ad copy, and uploaded videos.
• All lead data collected from your campaigns.
• All campaign performance statistics.
• Your Stripe subscription (cancelled immediately).

This action is irreversible.

Data Already Sent to Meta

Campaigns, ads, lead forms, and other objects that LaunchAds Easy created in your Meta ad account are managed by Meta. Disconnecting or deleting your LaunchAds Easy account does not automatically remove those objects from Meta. To manage or delete data stored by Meta, visit facebook.com/settings or use Meta's data deletion tools.

Delete My Data

To request deletion of all your data, send us an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and we will process it within 30 days.
